We ensure members are a good fit for jobs/don’t send them on suicide missions/ensure crews are appropriate size for the job
We get them access to better contracts
Through reputation of the guild and the threat not to work with certain individuals/groups we ensure that those hiring members are being accurate about the risks
We ensure contracts don’t have loopholes and are fair to mercenaries
Members can have a high degree of trust in the other members of their crew if everyone is a guild member because we make it costly to fuck over others
We transition aging mercenaries to jobs in the guild
Guild members can pay into insurance plans for their families

We’ll help write a contract for mercenary services for a client and identify needs
Flat fee

We hold the money in escrow for a given contract paying out only when terms are pre-agreed terms of client and hired mercs are satisfied
1% of total contract

We’ll advertise a contract and or help put together and introduce a client to mercs for a job
